1. Shipping Methods

Shipping options are arranged through Easyship and delivery is carried out by the courier selected at checkout. Available services, charges, tracking options and estimated delivery times are calculated based on the delivery address, parcel details and available courier services, and are shown before payment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by courier operations, weekends, public holidays, customs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated.

During peak periods, product drops, or holidays, processing time may be longer.

3. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
