By accessing or using SGInstabikes (“we”, “us”, “our”), including purchasing products, submitting content, or using any services on https://sginstabikes.com and the RIDR web application at https://ridr.sginstabikes.com (together, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the website.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms & Conditions.

3. Products & Orders

a. General Products

All product descriptions, specifications, images, colours, and prices are provided in good faith.

Minor variations may occur due to:

• Screen settings
• Photography and lighting conditions
• Manufacturing tolerances
• Production batch differences

We reserve the right to:

• Modify product details without prior notice
• Correct errors or omissions
• Limit quantities available for purchase
• Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

b. Custom & Pre-Order Products (Important)

Certain items sold on SGInstabikes are custom-made and/or pre-order products, including but not limited to:

• Personalised slab cards
• Custom prints
• Apparel
• Collectibles
• Bespoke designs
• Limited-run products
• Special order items

Before adding any custom or pre-order item to cart and completing checkout, customers will be presented with the applicable pre-order terms and conditions.

By placing an order for any custom or pre-order product, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The pre-order terms and conditions were displayed and accepted prior to checkout.
• Production timelines may range from a few weeks to several months depending on production schedules, order volume, supplier availability, logistics, and other factors.
• Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and are estimates only. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.
• Delays may occur during production, quality control, supplier fulfilment, logistics, customs clearance, or shipping processes.
• Products may be manufactured in batches and not immediately upon order placement.
• Each item may be individually produced, customised, or sourced specifically for the order and is not necessarily mass-produced or stocked.
• Customers should only place a custom or pre-order purchase if they are comfortable with the potential waiting period involved.

Cancellation, Refunds & Modifications

Custom and pre-order items are strictly:

• Non-cancellable
• Non-refundable
• Non-exchangeable
• Non-transferable

once an order has been placed.

Requests for cancellation, refund, chargeback, exchange, or modification due to:

• Production delays
• Changes of mind
• Personal circumstances
• Longer-than-expected waiting periods
• Dissatisfaction with estimated timelines

will not be accepted.

If a customer chooses not to continue waiting for a custom or pre-order item, the order shall remain subject to the agreed pre-order terms and conditions and no refund, credit, compensation, or reimbursement shall be due unless otherwise required by applicable Singapore law.

A digital mockup preview may be provided via WhatsApp or email prior to final production. Approval of the mockup constitutes confirmation to proceed with production.

SGInstabikes reserves the right to update production timelines when necessary.

By completing checkout, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts the nature of custom and pre-order products, including the possibility of extended production and fulfilment timelines.

4. User-Submitted Content

When you submit images, text, videos, or other content (including ride submissions, bike photos, reviews, or custom product uploads), you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it.
• The content does not infringe any third-party rights.
• The content does not violate any applicable laws.

You grant SGInstabikes a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, modify, and share the content across SGInstabikes platforms, including:

• Website
• Social media platforms
• Marketing materials
• Advertising campaigns

unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including but not limited to HitPay.

SGInstabikes does not store or retain customer payment card information.

We reserve the right to:

• Correct pricing errors
• Correct product listing errors
• Refuse transactions
• Cancel affected orders where necessary

In the event of a pricing error, customers will be informed before any order proceeds.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is currently available within Singapore unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timelines vary depending on:

• Product type
• Production requirements
• Shipping method
• Courier performance

Pre-order and custom products will only be dispatched after production has been completed.

SGInstabikes shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier companies
• Customs authorities
• Weather conditions
• Supply chain disruptions
• Production delays
• Force majeure events
• Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

In summary:

• Custom and pre-order items are non-refundable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
• Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
• Claims must include clear photographs and a complete unboxing video.
• Damage caused by installation, misuse, accidents, wear and tear, modification, or mishandling is not covered.
• Approved returns must be mailed back at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

SGInstabikes reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving any remedy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law:

SGInstabikes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from:

• Use of this website
• Purchase or use of products
• Production delays
• Delivery delays
• Business interruption
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Loss of opportunities

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected product or order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Trademarks
• Product designs
• Graphics
• Text
• Images
• Layouts
• Branding assets

is the property of SGInstabikes unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.
